Personal
Wietse is analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. He values clarity and progress, and feels at home in complex environments where strategy and execution come together. His international experience has given him a down-to-earth, hands-on mentality, combined with the ability to build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Unlike many of his colleagues at Value Factory, Wietse is not an avid runner, but he likes to use his height to occasionally deliver a sharp block on the volleyball court. He also enjoys a good book with coffee and spending quality time with family and friends.
