Commercial Growth Across the Portfolio

FuelFWD, Struck and Proba Accelerate Their Growth

FuelFWD and Struck made strong commercial progress over the past quarter. FuelFWD has now signed seven licensing agreements and has built a well-filled sales pipeline. The company also completed a €750,000 funding round, with Value Factory Ventures providing one-third of the total as a follow-on investment. Several industry experts also joined the round, enabling FuelFWD to further expand the commercial rollout of its technology.

Struck reached an important milestone by obtaining ISO 27001 certification. This is particularly significant for customers with strict requirements regarding information security and robust processes, such as municipalities and other public-sector organisations. In addition, monthly revenue increased by 230% year on year, providing clear evidence of the company’s growing market traction.

Proba demonstrates that the market is ready for solutions that help reduce Scope 3 emissions in the food supply chain. The company is now collaborating with international partners such as Nutrien, McCain, and Agrifirm. In doing so, Proba demonstrates that even major international players are willing to invest in making their value chains more sustainable.

This summer, Proba and Value Factory Ventures will take the next strategic step by establishing Proba Projects B.V. This joint venture will develop projects that accelerate the transition towards more sustainable international value chains, starting with the coffee sector. In doing so, we are investing not only in technology, but also in the practical implementation and scaling of sustainable solutions across global food supply chains.

Agro4All Continues to Build for Growth

At Agro4All, we actively supported the management team in its search for a new CEO. Andreas Hofland was identified through an opportunity shared within our investor community, once again demonstrating the strength of our network. He started on 1 July and will guide the company through its next phase of growth and commercialisation.

Pera Expands the Application of Behavioural Data

Pera was originally developed as an AI platform for recruitment and leadership assessment. The company has since demonstrated that its underlying behavioural models can be applied much more broadly. In addition to securing new customers such as Movares and Robin Radar Systems, Pera is showing promising results in areas including fraud detection and the early identification of loan repayment risks.

By intelligently combining conversation transcripts and behavioural data, risks can be identified earlier and more accurately. This significantly expands Pera’s addressable market and creates new commercial opportunities beyond the traditional HR domain. The company is also making important financial progress, achieving positive operating cash flow during the first half of this year.

Thuysvers and Healthy Fridge Continue to Improve Scalability

Within our food concepts, Thuysvers and Healthy Fridge are demonstrating that their foundations are becoming increasingly strong. At Thuysvers, previous investments in growth are delivering increasingly tangible results. In June, monthly revenue reached a record level, representing an increase of 82% compared with the previous year. At the same time, the number of new customers grew significantly, customer acquisition costs continued to decline and the gross margin developed positively. The company is therefore on track to achieve positive EBITDA by the end of this year.

Healthy Fridge continues to work towards a stronger and more scalable business model. Although the ambitious growth targets for this year are not expected to be achieved in full, revenue and margins are clearly above last year’s levels. Value Factory Ventures is supporting the management team with the company’s further commercial development, including an increased focus on marketing and strengthening the sales pipeline.

Healthy Fridge is also developing new revenue models, including corporate catering, office concepts and advertising revenue generated through the screens on its fridges. These initiatives are helping to build a stronger foundation for a scalable and profitable growth model.
